Summary

Far too often the word “mild” leads lawyers to assume that their client’s traumatic brain injury (TBI) is temporary and/or insignificant. This belief is further exacerbated by certain “negative” or “normal” imaging. However, depending on the type of injury, preexisting health circumstances, person-specific characteristics, and/or medical intervention received (or not) by your client, that “mild” TBI could adversely affect your client’s quality of life indefinitely and be an important component of damages in your case.

In this webinar, James Perry will cover how to identify signs of a “mild” TBi, the role and limitations of early imaging, risk factors of persistent symptomology and cognitive deficits, when to involve appropriate experts, and how to develop your “mild” TBI case.
