REGISTRATION
Registration is for both days of the seminar (3/13 and 3/14) and includes:
  • Lunch and Welcome Reception on Friday, March 13
  • Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and Closing Reception on Saturday, March 14
  • Coffee, tea, and snacks during both days of the seminar
  • Access to all presentation materials
  • Access to earn MCLE units and receive an MCLE attendee certificate

Early Bird registration ends 1/31/26, Priority registration rates end 2/28/26, and Last Chance registration rates ends 3/14/26.

Vendors must register as an exhibitor or sponsor.  Email Wendy Murphy wendy@caoc.org to exhibit or email sponsor@caoc.org to sponsor.  "Vendors" includes anyone who sells goods or services to attorneys, even if they are also attorneys.

Once your Sonoma Seminar registration is completed you will receive a confirmation email that will include the hotel information. Room block is limited to registered attendees and sponsors. Please email kpebler@caoc.org if you have questions.
 
Room Rates for March 13 – 15, 2026
Rates are good through Thursday, February 19 or until sold out.
ROH at the Meritage and Grand Reserve - $379 per night
Estate Vineyard View and Reserve Kings - $379 per night
Deluxe Suites - $579 per night
Please note that there is an additional $25 (reduced from $45) per room night daily resort fee. Resort fee includes several benefits such as complimentary wine, daily bottle of water, WiFi, and more. Find details in your registration confirmation email.

Hotel Reservation Policies
•    A maximum of one room per registered attendee is allowed to be reserved through CAOC’s hotel block. 
•    You must be registered for the seminar prior to booking a hotel room. 
•    Do not make a hotel reservation unless you are sure it is needed. You will be financially responsible for all cancellation/attrition fees.
 
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of individual reservations made up to (3) full days prior to arrival will be accepted and the deposit is refunded for those rooms for the full night’s stay. Cancellations of individual reservations within (3) days prior to arrival will forfeit full room and tax for each night of the reservation. Any no-shows, early departures, or other reductions to length of stay from three days prior to arrival will also forfeit full room and tax.

Cancellation Policy
Seminar refunds will be honored only if a written request is submitted to CAOC 14 days prior to the start of the event, and will be subject to a $75 service charge. Registration substitutions may be made only when the substituting party holds the same membership category as the original registrant. Membership is non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, no refunds will be given. CAOC reserves the right to change speakers and/or topics.
