You may purchase additional Welcome Reception tickets for your guests. Registration rates increase after 10/15/24.

Room Rates for Nov. 30 - Dec. 7, 2024
2-night deposit is due at time of booking. Deposit becomes non-refundable on October 26. 
 
Below are the types of suites available at discounted rates for the seminar. Good through 10/28/24 or until sold out:
  • Partial Ocean View Suite: $495 per night
  • Ocean View Suite: $525 per night
  • Deluxe Ocean View Suite: $555 per night
  • Signature Ocean View Suite: $595 per night

There is an additional daily resort charge of $25 (reduced from $50). 

Hotel Reservation Policies
  • A maximum of one room per registered attendee is allowed to be reserved through CAOC’s hotel block. 
  • You must be registered for the seminar prior to booking a hotel room. 
  • Do not make a hotel reservation unless you are sure it is needed. You will be financially responsible for all cancellation/attrition fees. 

Additional Fees Disclosure
BEYOND DOUBLE OCCUPANCY: Each extra person beyond double occupancy sharing a suite will be charged an additional $50 per adult per night. There is no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years old who share with their parents.

PORTERAGE AND HOUSEKEEPING: The following mandatory charges will be posted to each individuals’ folio: 

  • An additional $6.00 one-way / $12.00 round-trip per person plus applicable tax charge to cover porterage.
  • $3.00 per suite, per day plus applicable tax charge and $11.00 per villa, per day plus applicable tax charge for housekeeping services.

DAILY RESORT FEE: There is an additional $25.00 (reduced from $50.00) daily resort fee plus applicable tax not included in the above rates. The daily value of the resort charge is $100, which includes the following: 

  • Overnight self-parking for one vehicle per suite
  • Lei greeting upon arrival
  • 10% discount on Fairmont logo merchandise in Makana Market + Cafe
  • Inspire Your Energy Fitness Classes
  • Pool and beach amenities including sunscreen and after sun care
  • Experience session with Pacific Dream Photography (photos available for purchase)
  • Unlimited North America Long Distance calls (Canada and America)
  • Unlimited business internet access* 
  • Keiki welcome amenity
  • One reusable Pathway bottle per registered guest, per stay, to be filled at purified water stations located throughout the resort
  • One hour snorkel equipment (two sets per suite per day, resort use only)

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of individual reservations made before October 26 will be accepted and the deposit is refunded for those rooms for the full night’s stay if cancellation number is obtained. Cancellations of individual reservations after October 26 and 'no shows’ will forfeit the two (2) night deposit of room and tax.


Policies and Notices
Seminar Registration Cancellation
All seminar registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to CAOC. Cancellations received by September 1, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between September 2 and October 31, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which is subject to the Hawaii registration. If for unforeseen reasons this program is cancelled or changed, CAOC cannot be held financially responsible for airline tickets or other associated fees, and room rates cannot be guaranteed. After October 31, requests for refunds will not be honored. Please email your request to wendy@caoc.org. Registration substitutions may be made only when the substituting party holds the same membership category as the original registrant. Membership is non-refundable. CAOC reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or topics.
