REGISTRATION
Registration is for both days of the seminar, May 3-4, and includes:
  • Lunch and Welcome Reception on Friday, May 3
  • Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and CAOIE Awards Reception on Saturday, May 4
  • Coffee and tea during both days of the seminar
  • Access to all presentation materials
  • Access to earn MCLE units and receive an MCLE attendee certificate

Early Bird Registration Rates thru 4/4/24, Regular Registration Rates 4/5/24 – 5/3/24.

Vendors must register as an exhibitor or sponsor - contact Katie Pebler.
"Vendor" includes anyone who sells goods or services to attorneys, even if they are also attorneys.

9-HOLE SCRAMBLE open to the first 50 confirmed seminar attendees who sign up. Register in conjunction with seminar registration ($85 per golfer). Golf includes 9 holes, range balls and tournament reception. Please email Janet Thornton to be added to the waiting list.

Seminar Registration is required in order to receive the discounted group rate. 
Once your seminar registration is completed you will receive a confirmation email that will include the hotel information. Room block is limited to registered attendees and sponsors. Please email kpebler@caoc.org if you have questions.
 
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Any reservation that is cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee. No shows, early departures, or other reductions to length of stay within 5 days prior to arrival will also forfeit full room and tax.
 
Say Goodnight to Hunger: by reserving your room through CAOC and the Omni, you will join the partnership to end hunger. For all rooms booked, Omni will contribute one meal per actualized reservation through their partnership with Feeding America. Read more here.  
 
THE DISCOUNTED HOTEL BLOCK AT THE OMNI RANCHO LAS PALMAS HAS CLOSED.
While our room block did close, the hotel may have rooms available outside our block. Please call the hotel directly at (760) 568-2727 or use your favorite hotel reservation website to find available lodging. If you would like to stay off property and drive in, the Omni has free self-parking. Here are some options within 4 miles:

Refund Policy
Refunds will be honored only if a written request is submitted to CAOC 14 days before the seminar and will be subject to a $75 service charge. Registration substitutions may be made only when the substituting party holds the same membership category as the original registrant.
