REGISTRATION
Registration is for both days of the seminar (3/8 and 3/9) and includes:

  • Lunch and Welcome Reception on Friday, March 8
  • Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and Closing Reception on Saturday, March 9
  • Coffee, tea, and snacks during both days of the seminar
  • Access to all presentation materials
  • Access to earn MCLE units and receive an MCLE attendee certificate

Early Bird registration ends 1/31/24, Priority registration rates end 2/29/24, and Last Chance registration rates ends 3/8/24.

THE DISCOUNTED HOTEL BLOCK AT THE FAIRMONT HAS CLOSED.
While our room block did close, the hotel may have rooms available outside our block. Please call the hotel directly at (707) 938-9000 or use your favorite hotel reservation website to find available lodging. If you would like to stay off property and drive in, the Fairmont has free self-parking. Here are some options within 2-3 miles:

  • Best Western

Hotel Reservation Policies

  • A maximum of one room per registered attendee is allowed to be reserved through CAOC’s hotel block. 
  • You must be registered for the seminar prior to booking a hotel room. 
  • Do not make a hotel reservation unless you are sure it is needed. You will be financially responsible for all cancellation/attrition fees.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of individual reservations made up to (5) days prior to arrival will be accepted and the deposit is refunded for those rooms for the full night’s stay. Cancellations of individual reservations within (5) days prior to arrival will forfeit full room and tax. Any no-shows, early departures, or other reductions to length of stay from five days prior to arrival will also forfeit full room and tax.


Policies and Notices
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be honored only if a written request is submitted to CAOC 14 days prior to the start of the event, and will be subject to a $75 service charge. Registration substitutions may be made only when the substituting party holds the same membership category as the original registrant. Membership is non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, no refunds will be given. CAOC reserves the right to change speakers and/or topics.
