REGISTRATION
Registration fees include sessions on a variety of different topics, syllabus, morning and afternoon snack and beverage breaks, and admittance to the Friday Welcome Reception. Registration DOES NOT INCLUDE Lunches or Installation and Awards Dinner. Registration rates will increase on 6/16/21, 8/16/21, and 10/16/21. MCLE sessions will be Friday thru Sunday.

Vendors must register as an exhibitor.
VACCINATIONS
CAOC is requiring all who attend our Convention, including sponsors, exhibitors and staff, to provide proof of being fully vaccinated in order to pick up their name badges. Name badges are required to enter any event space. To be fully vaccinated in time for convention, your last shot must take place on or before November 4. (Please review the Convention Health and Safety page for information on providing proof of vaccination.)

Policies and Notices
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to CAOC. Cancellations received by August 18, 2021, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between August 19 – September 18, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which is subject to the convention registration. If for unforeseen reasons this program is cancelled or changed, CAOC cannot be held financially responsible for airline tickets or other associated fees, and room rates cannot be guaranteed. After September 18, requests for refunds will not be honored. Please email your request to Lori@caoc.org. Registration substitutions may be made only when the substituting party holds the same membership category as the original registrant. Membership is non-refundable. CAOC reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or topics.
