7 Ways to Quash a Subpoena

Summary
The presentation teaches a system for reviewing pleadings and responding to subpoenas that will help you avoid missing deadlines or overlooking grounds for objecting, even when you're faced with 40-50 subpoenas. It covers the seven common objections used to quash a subpoena, the privileges on which these arguments are based, counter arguments and final response to the overall argument, each part of a Meet and Confer letter and each part of the Motion to Quash and other pleadings. Included is a checklist of case law authority and a spreadsheet for calculating deadlines and dates. Most importantly, the presentation will focus on civility and how most issues can be resolved without law and motion.
