2015 Leadership Academy Application

CAOC's Leadership Academy will train CAOC members who are interested in developing their leadership roles within CAOC. Volunteers are critical to CAOC's success and CAOC is dedicated to ensuring high levels of leadership among its members, and, in particular, among those who are underrepresented within the association. The purpose of the Leadership Academy, an initiative of CAOC's Diversity Committee through New Leaders Council (NLC), is to give CAOC members the skills and techniques needed to make them effective leaders in CAOC, their professional settings and in their communities.
