Ms. Stebner and Ms. Guadagni will discuss areas of action and theories of liability in assisted living facility cases, when (and why) to include owners, administrators and management companies as defendants in your case, using Defendants’ own documentation to set standards and prove your case, ideas on proving recklessness, ratification and other wrongful conduct against entity defendants and other important issues on this general topic.
