This webinar will examine some common defense positions in TBI cases and teach the viewers how to use documents from state and federal government to overcome those positions. The tutorial will also consider which defense positions are problematic and which can be easily rebutted. The purpose of the webinar is to give viewers free resources to use to improve their TBI cases. Ben Coughlan will walk the viewers through how to effectively use the documents at depositions, on direct exam of their own experts, and during cross-examination at trial. Coughlan will additionally discuss using these documents to educate adjusters, defense attorneys, and the Court early in the case. This webinar will benefit all experience levels from the experienced TBI practitioner to the novice.
