Registration fees include sessions on a variety of different topics, syllabus, morning and afternoon snack and beverage breaks, and admittance to the Friday Welcome Reception. Registration DOES NOT INCLUDE Lunches or Installation and Awards Dinner. Registration rates will increase on 6/16/21, 8/16/21, and 10/16/21. MCLE sessions will be Friday thru Sunday.
Vendors must register as an exhibitor.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, CAOC meetings, social events, and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to allow CAOC to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, video, electronic reproductions and audio of such events and activities.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to CAOC. Cancellations received by August 18, 2021, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received between August 19 – September 18, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which is subject to the convention registration. If for unforeseen reasons this program is cancelled or changed, CAOC cannot be held financially responsible for airline tickets or other associated fees, and room rates cannot be guaranteed. After September 18, requests for refunds will not be honored. Please email your request to Registration substitutions may be made only when the substituting party holds the same membership category as the original registrant. Membership is non-refundable. CAOC reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or topics.
