Pre-registration closed on November 3rd, but you can still register on-site at the convention.
Registration includes MCLE session, CLE Certificate, one ticket to the Welcome Reception, one ticket to the Presidential Cocktail Reception, continental breakfast and coffee breaks. Syllabus CD-ROM will be provided to on-site registrants while quantities last, and may be mailed after convention if necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
NO REFUNDS AFTER November 3, 2005. Refunds will be honored only if a written request is submitted to CAOC on or before November 3, 2005, and will be subject to a $75 service charge. Registration substitutions may be made only when the substituting party holds the same membership category as the original registrant.

Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
CALIFORNIA: Up to 21 hours of MCLE credit can be earned by attending one seminar session during each time segment. This program has been approved for minimum continuing legal education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount 21 hours of which 1.5 is Ethics, .5 is Substance Abuse, .5 is Appellate Law and .5 is Elimination of Bias credit. CAOC certifies this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education.
