PERSUADING CONSERVATIVE JURORS
For Plaintiff Attorneys Only

Friday, August 24, 2007
Valley Brew Restaurant
157 Adams Street, Stockton

Program • 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
1.5 General MCLE Credits

Moderator: Lawrence M. Knapp, Law Offices of Lawrence M. Knapp
Speaker: R. Rex Parris, R. Rex Parris Law Firm

There is no such thing as “one size fits all,” especially when it comes to juries. Conservative jurors need to hear a case that resonates with their belief system as well as their cognitive style, or they will reject the case.

R. Rex Parris will share his research on conservative jurors and how the civil justice attorney can enlist them as powerful allies in the jury room.

This presentation recently received rave reviews at the Miami AAJ Convention.
